Cindy Blount
Cindy has been involved in "educational tourism" for over a decade, first as a Calvin student and later leading groups of students on interim and service-learning courses. In 2000, she moved to Belize to direct a study abroad program. She currently works as content developer at Naturalight Productions, a Belize internet marketing company. For the last two years she traveled throughout Belize to develop content for Toucan Trail, geared at linking small, family-run hotels with budget, eco-conscious travelers. She lives in a tiny house by the Caribbean Sea in a town where many people still fish and grow their own food.
