Diane Engelstad
Diane Engelstad has been canning fruits and vegetables on and off for about 20 years. A part-time resident at Russet House Farm, she joins the communal challenge of putting up the garden's bounty for winter's use. In July she and her husband Alan and their two young children will be moving from Toronto to Fenelon Falls, just down the road from Russet House Farm.
