Farm Strategies Tour: Field Sparrow Farm

Where does beef come from? A tour of neighboring Field Sparrow Farm will focus on one kind of strategy that's currently in practice. Participants will learn about commercial-scale beef production, including what's called management intensive grazing. Jump in for just this tour or participate in the farm strategies series of three tours for an overview and comparison of different farming methods. Tour will begin at the Cob Cottage and commence from there. Please bring your vehicle up to Russet House parking if you're willing to drive for a carpool.
