Sharon Stewart

Sharon Stewart is the founder and Executive Director of the Julien Project. She grew up on a family farm in southern Ontario in a family with a strong heritage in horticulture. The farm primarily grew tender fruits and eventually evolved into a successful nursery propagation of conifers, greenhouse and field production. Sharon has over 30 years nursing, critical care, community and mental health. She has presented to the American Horticultural Therapy Association National Conferences in Norfolk, Virginia and Denver, Colorado, as well as the Canadian Horticultural Therapy Association National Conference at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre in Guelph, Ontario. She is a member of the Canadian Horticultural Therapy Association and Thrive UK.
